What to prepare before requesting

These details help PawStay review fit and safety quickly without turning the request into an instant booking.

Vaccination details

Have your dog's current C5 or equivalent vaccination information ready in case PawStay asks before confirming.

Emergency contact

Provide someone PawStay can contact if you are unavailable during a requested or confirmed stay.

Routine notes

Share feeding times, walk habits, sleep setup, toilet routine, medication, and anything that helps your dog settle.

Behaviour notes

Mention anxiety, noise sensitivity, visitor reactions, food guarding, escape habits, or anything PawStay should handle gently.

A request can move through a few different states while PawStay checks safety, availability, and fit. A submitted request is not a confirmed booking until PawStay marks it confirmed.
